Do you only work on the Gold Coast?
No. Found First is based on the Gold Coast in Queensland and works with businesses in every state and territory in Australia. Everything is delivered remotely: the health check is done over the phone with your screen shared, the work happens on your Google profile, website and content, and the AI receptionist answers your calls wherever you are.
How much does it cost?
Packages start at $290 a month plus a one-off $100 setup, and are priced on how much ground you want your work to come from: one service area, a few, or regional and multi-location. The AI receptionist is a separate add-on from $150 a month plus a $290 setup. A website rebuild is a one-off from $1,900. Social content is from $390 a month. Everything is month to month.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every package is month to month and you can cancel any time. If you would rather commit to 12 months you get 10% off the monthly, and if you would rather pay up front you get 15% off for 6 months or 20% off for 12 months. None of those are required, and the setup fee is the same either way.
What does the AI receptionist actually do?
It answers the calls you cannot get to, day or night, anywhere in Australia. It says it is an AI assistant up front, asks what the job is, where it is and how urgent, then either books it into your calendar or promises a call back and texts you the details. It never invents a price or a booking time that is not in your own settings.
Can you get my business to the top of Google in my city?
We will not promise a position, and be careful of anyone who does. Google's map results are decided largely by how close a business is to the person searching, which nobody can change. What we can move is everything else: how your Google Business Profile is set up, what your website says and how fast it loads, the reviews and citations behind you, and whether the AI assistants name you. We measure all of it from a baseline and show you what moved each month.
How do you get a business named in AI answers?
Being listed and being recommended are two different things. Assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude quote what they can read: a real page about the work you do in the suburb you do it, specifics like your licence number, warranty and years trading, reviews that describe the actual job, and mentions on sites you do not control. We check what all five assistants currently say about you, show you who they recommend instead, and then build the pages and proof that change the answer.
What do I get every month?
A one-page progress report on the same day each month: calls and clicks from your Google profile, review count and rating, whether the AI assistants name you, and your overall visibility score. Every figure is pulled from the source, never typed in by hand, and it is measured against a baseline captured before any work started, so declines show as declines.
What does it cost to find out where I stand?
Nothing. The digital health check is free and there is no obligation at the end of it. You keep the numbers either way, including what your missed calls are costing and which assistants name you today.
